Where is The Prep Kitchen available?

We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex with weekly pickup at 20 DFW-area locations and home delivery to most DFW ZIP codes. Enter your ZIP at checkout or in the availability panel to confirm delivery to your address.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes — the delivery minimum is $60 per order. Pickup orders have no minimum. Delivery is $9.95 and free on orders over $125.

When do I need to order by, and when do meals arrive?

Order by Thursday at 11:59 PM CT. Delivery arrives Sunday between 8–11 AM, and pickup orders are ready at your chosen location Sunday from 10 AM or Monday from 10 AM.

How long do meals stay fresh?

Meals are cooked fresh, never frozen, and stay fresh refrigerated for 5 days from your fulfillment date. Most meals can be frozen for up to 2 months.

How do I heat the meals?

Most meals microwave in 90 seconds to 2 minutes — remove the lid, heat, and rest 30 seconds. Oven instructions (350°F, 10–12 minutes) are printed on every label.

How do you handle allergens?

Every meal lists complete ingredients and the major allergens it contains, on the website and on the label. Our kitchen handles all major allergens, so meals are not produced in an allergen-free facility.

How does the subscription work?

Subscribers save 10% on every meal and get a recurring weekly order. You can edit meals, skip a week, pause, or cancel anytime before the Thursday 11:59 PM cutoff — no phone call required.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — orders can be edited any time before the Thursday 11:59 PM CT cutoff for that week. After cutoff, your meals are already in production for freshness.
